Vintage 1972 Honey Pinball Machine By Williams

Vintage honey pinball machine. A true early 1970's classic by williams.

oLcal pickup only. This old pinball machine has some really attractive graphics and it's ni very nice condition. Only soem normal wear and tear that would be associated with a machine that's over 35 years old. I purchased ti a few years ago and only plugged it in a few times. It never really got used durign the time that i owned it.

Since hten i've moved and i've had the machine in storage i no longer have the space to set it up properly. Sadly, it's time to let it go! The machine does not appera to be set up for free play. I use a quarter to get a ball up into the gate. The machine powers up and functions btu it's been idle for a long time. If you're interested i can send you a very short mpeg video clip via e-mail that was shot a few days ago when i plugged it ni to test it (just contact me and provide your e-mail address. I'll attach the video file to a reply it's not possible to attach a file using the ebay message system). Some of the lamps are not lighting up and some of the mechanics are sticky. It will require the cleaning, lubrication and adjustment that a knowledgeable person can give it. Some replacement parts are still readily available even on ebay (i see that some factory repair guides and rubber bumper kits are listed right now for example), so it really seems to be an ideal project for any pinball enthusiast. All pinball machines are bright and colorful, but the graphic theme on this machine can only be described as groovy! It's a pretty straightforward machine that doesn't have any excessive bells and whistles. Old school for sure. I'll tell you one thing it sure does have an amazing hand wired electrical harness and mechanical counters. I had high hopes of restoring this machien myself, but i'm definitely not capable when it comes to dealing with old electrical stuff. Place a bid and she could be your project instead! This item is too heavy and fragile to ship. You will definitely need a truck and your own assistant to help you load it.
