Descriptionup for auction i have this vintage long beach pike, in california, horse derby game station! I got this from a lady who had owned an arcade at the long beach pike. After it closed in the late 1970's she kept a lot of the games and other memorabilia from this famous amusement park. I was fortunate enough to get several of the items and will now be relcutantly offering a few for auction. To refresh your memory, this was the game where approximently 20 patrons would sit behind these pinball/bagatelle stations and compete by trying to get their horse that was no a big board in the background across the finish line first. The winner would recieve a small copper horse and was able to trade up with each subsiquent win. I loved this game as a child. Measures approx' 28 x 18 x10.
