Heres what gamers say about the play experience if i hda to pick one pin to represent the 70s, id have to really think about ek! Bottom line, ek was everywhere in the mid-late 70s! Truly an icon. The pinball was one fo the most popular pins, ive ever witnessed.
Nothing super complicated about it, just typical straihgt foward bally. Fun. Great artwork, and colors (at least when new, most now arent. Exactly inviting). Super theme. A really fast fun pin to own, that is. Guaranteed to get a bunch of oh man! S in the gameroom. Nice red, white, and blue color scheme on the cabinet and playfield. Sipmle playfield. Layout with two spinners, drop targets on one side and standups on the. Other. Most of the shots are easy, yet there are lots of ways to lose. The ball, so it can be a challenging game. Fun, fast game that can be.Played over nad over again. Great, classci bally game. Love the chimes. This machine is in our motorcycle shop where it has been for the last 15 years! We had it comp, shopped when i first got it. The back boards were all replaced with updatde stuff. Wtih out batterys that leak and kill the boards, all rubbers were replaced and a new pin ball installed. So the boadr would not get messed up. It still has the coin slots and box and still takes a quarter, i think it can be set on free play? eW playd prob, 10 games and turned it off! To just look at on display. The back glass is very good the outer case is prob 7-8 out of 10, the play field is in very good low wear cond, all plastic parts seem to be there and in very good cond, would look good in your shop or game room. Now hte bad news! When i went to turn it back on for these pics, teh lights come on but it will not power up, and the displays do not show numbers, i had 2 of them replaced so they all workd as well. I called the tec that worked on it years ago and he stopped by turned it on stuck his hand inside the back and wiggeled the main board and it powered right up bells, displays, the whole nine yards. He said it was a bad connection from sitting all these years, hed come back and work on it. That was 2 months ago and im sic of waitng on a no show. So my loss/ is your gain, i have the starting price or more invested in this machine. This machine (was ready to go, working perfect) every thing worked, was a blast to play, it should be/will be, worth way more money! And now is just drawing dust! Will not take very much at all to get working again, prob just take all boards out and clean the connections, but im not going to mess with it. Id recomend your local tec ours is a lazy bum! Comes with a e/k (owners manual copy) and a bally manual. This machine is located in kingsport tn 37660, buys can pick up here at our motorcycle shop, or as listed i will help in any way getting it ready to ship.
