Bally Freedom Pinball Arcade Game Em 4 Players

Yuo are bidding on a 1976 bally freedom pinball arcade game. This was a projetc that i wanted to get to but never had the time.

This is one of two u. S. Independence-themed pinball games that were released in 1976 for the u. S. Bicentennial.

(the other was released by williams. ) bally made two versions of this game - the solid state version with digital displays and the electro-mechanical (em) version. I have seen many fo the solid state versions for sale but rarely the em version. Here's your chance to own a piece of pinball history with this 1776 themed pinball machine. You can reda more about this game at the internet pinball machine database.

You can also see the solid state version (which plays similarly) of this game on youtube. This is a project game that has not been tested for fnuctionality and is missing a few pieces. You will have to put some effort into this game to get it wroking again. If this is your first time restoring an em pinball game, i highly recommend this old pinball (specifically, top #1) videos for tutorials on how to repair em pinball machines. You can also read about how to restore em pinball games online without having to purchase the this old pinball videos. The items that are msising are listed below. If the winning bid is more than us$150, i will throw in these missing pieces listed below fro free (i paid us$60 for these)rubber ring kitflipper assemblies and left flipper solenoid and coil sleeveballyou can see a picture of these items here. They are brand enw and were purchased from the pinball resource. What is also missing that is not included in any manner is the lockdown bar for the glass.
Unfortunately, i cannot find it. If i find it in the future i will notify the winning bidder and give it to them for free (but the winning bidder will either have to pick it up or pay for shipping for the found lockdown bar). Also not included is the the front mount to teh left flipper solenoid, the tilt ball, and the tilt plumb bob which can be purchased from the pinball resource for a few dollars. The front solenoid mount is needed to hold the left flipper solenoid in place. The tilt ball and plumb bob are only needed if you want the tilt function to be enabled on the game (a previous owner probably removed them so the game couldn't be tilted).

Regarding teh condition of the game, the body and backbox wood/paint is in very good shape. The backglass is flaking (see picture below). The playfield has a little flaking, especially in the left lower ball chute (see picture below). Teh playfield just needs to be cleaned up and waxed - there is no warping and the playfield wood is in good condition.

The plastics are all ni good shape except for the top left corner plastic - it is broken. As mentioend before, this is a project game that requires some work to get it running again. The game is complete except for the missing parts mnetioned above. Also included are the original manual and schematics to help you in your restoration of this game. Please e-mail me with any questions and good luck bidding. As i mentioned before, if the winning bid goes above us$200, you will have almost everything to get thsi game working again! A great winter project! eBlow are pictures of the game inside and out. There is no sihpping and local pickup only. The pinball machine comes apart fro moving the legs, body, and head, all come off. Tow people can lift this into their van or pickup truck for moving. I'll help load up, of course. I am about 15 minutes outside of hartford, ct. hTank you!
